The LogistiCare transportation provider 3-step credentialing process
- Site visits that include vehicle and driver inspections
- Review of safety compliance procedures, driver and attendant background checks and drug testing
- Company financial and reference review
During the site visit, LogistiCare inspects provider records and vehicles. The interested transportation provider must produce:
- an operations manual
- a certificate of insurance
- records of criminal background checks for drivers and attendants
- recent maintenance schedules
- drivers' licenses and required business licensing
Once a provider is approved, LogistiCare schedules driver-training courses and an operations orientation.
Send us a letter that includes your contact information, geographic market area and fleet composition/vehicle type(s), e.g., taxis, wheelchair vans, stretcher vans.
