LogistiCare pioneered the concept of delivering specialized human service transportation through effectively managed networks of local, commercial, non-profit and public transportation companies.
We're not a transportation company. We're a transportation management solution. We manage networks of transportation providers. Our solution combines innovative technology and high levels of customer service to give clients a one-stop source for a full range of transportation options.
We developed our unique management solution, because we knew it just made economic sense to utilize technology to facilitate one central manager for certain transportation management processes such as quality assurance and eligibility determination.
But we also knew the benefits of subcontracting with multiple local transportation suppliers to deliver the actual trip service – especially in rural areas where transportation otherwise may not be as readily available.
LogistiCare recruits, accredits and encourages equal opportunities for diverse, local companies to join our network of transportation providers. These companies subcontract with us, and together we manage transportation for our clients.
LogistiCare actively seeks participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Woman Business Enterprises (WBEs), Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and non-profit, rural transportation companies. We also are committed to helping small companies succeed in our network. In addition, we encourage faith-based organizations to consider participation in our credentialed driver program.
We have found through experience that many qualified companies are not certified as DBEs, WBEs or MBEs. As part of our commitment to creating and developing diversity in our transportation provider network, LogistiCare will assist companies in completing the certification process.

Each LogistiCare state operation utilizes multiple transportation providers in its local network.
Our partnership approach with transportation providers combines the best of both worlds:
- Independent transportation companies gain recognition for providing superior service.
- And they gain revenue stability and the administrative enhancements derived from working with a professional, dedicated partner like LogistiCare.
