Chris Echols joined the LogistiCare management team in 2008 and now serves as a Vice President of Operations overseeing our state brokerage operations in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Chris brings to this role over sixteen years in the financial management field, including ten years of staff management experience and fourteen years in a call center environment. For the past twelve years, he has also been part of the senior management teams at all the companies for which he has worked. His proven skill set includes financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and problem-solving. Chris is a graduate of Georgia Tech and a CPA.

In the six years prior to joining LogistiCare, Mr. Echols was Vice President of Operational Finance for a global market research firm. In that role, he was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and internal management reporting for the financial services sector of the company’s practice. He was also part of a team that oversaw the post-merger integration of his company with another marketing research firm. His team successfully managed the merger of the two organizations’ accounting departments and the migration of their legacy accounting systems to Oracle.

Chris has worked for over a decade in the field of market research where extensive use is made of call center operations for data collection. His companies also ran call centers that handled incoming customer service calls for telecom customers and collected data through other means, such as online and face-to-face interviewing. In his financial management role, Chris was involved in monitoring the costs and completion rates of these call center operations.

Outside work, Chris is a busy married man with two daughters. Chris and his wife particularly love to travel, especially to urban centers of particular historical interest. Chris has worked with youth mentoring programs for over ten years and serves as the treasurer of his local PTA. Along the way, Chris has also managed to collect multiple black belts in Tae Kwon Do and Muy Thai.
