Ray Williams oversees all aspects of the company's government affairs activities. Mr. Williams works closely with state officials throughout the country and is the primary contact for officials and legislators in the states in which LogistiCare holds state contracts.

Mr. Williams became part of the LogistiCare executive team in 2000 after developing a strong relationship with the company through his role as a public affairs consultant with the Omni Resources Group, one of the leading public affairs consulting firms in the Southeast. Omni serves a variety of health care clients, including physicians, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, managed care companies, long-term care facilities and health care transportation companies.

Mr. Williams' other professional experience includes serving as the executive director of the Georgia Society of Ophthalmology and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians and Georgia Osteopathic Medical Association.

Mr. Williams began his career as director of U.S. Senator Sam Nunn's district office, where he coordinated all office activities and served as the Senator's liaison in 50 counties throughout Georgia.

Mr. Williams received a bachelor’s degree in history from Huntington College in Alabama.
