2008 Awarded New Jersey's first statewide Medicaid NET brokerage contract. Awarded 36-state NET contract with UnitedHealthcare. Awarded 25-county human service transportation contract from SC Department of Social Services. Signed new HMO contracts in CT, FL, NM, VA, and the District of Columbia

2007   

Entered Arkansas and South Carolina Medicaid NET business. Opened Little Rock, AR and Mullins, SC call centers. Awarded MS dialysis transportation contract. Signed new HMO contracts in Florida, Kansas, Michigan, and Virginia.
2006

Entered Mississippi Medicaid NET business. Opened Jackson, MS call center. Began management of Philadelphia County Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP). Opened Philadelphia call center.

Entered Missouri Medicaid NET business. Opened Kansas City, MO, call center and St. Louis Regional Office.
2004

Entered Colorado Medicaid NET business. Transitioned from the EMTrack legacy software to the new LogistiCADTM system.

Entered Kentucky, Oklahoma and Nevada Medicaid NET business.

Entered Delaware Medicaid NET business. Expanded Connecticut and Virginia Medicaid NET business. 
2001 Entered Virginia Medicaid NET business. Opened Norton, Va., NOC/call center. Added special-needs mobility business line in Connecticut.
2000 Entered Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority's ADA paratransit business (MetroAccess). Opened Maryland NOC/call center. Expanded Georgia Medicaid NET business.
1998 Expanded Connecticut Medicaid NET business. Extended commercial management organization business to California.
1997 Pioneered first-of-its-kind Medicaid NET statewide business in Georgia. Opened Georgia NOC/call center.
1996

Entered Connecticut with Medicaid NET managed care organization business line. Opened Connecticut NOC/call center.

1991

Added Medicaid non-emergency transportation (NET) and ADA business lines to Florida network operations center (NOC)/call center. Began operations in New York and California.

1990

Received patent rights for EMTrack™ software.

1989

Entered ambulance management outsourcing business in Miami-Dade County Florida under the company name Automated Dispatch Services (ADS).

Developed EMTrack™ software.

Developed wireless data software and systems to support First Responder data collection and transmission.
